The Galaxy A52 is expected as one of Samsung’s next mid-range, alongside the Galaxy A72. For now, the manufacturer is expected to officially present the two smartphones at an online event on March 17, 2021. The Galaxy A52 and A72 are scheduled for launch by the end of March 2021.
The only official information to get under the tooth regarding the Galaxy A52 remains photos published by Samsung on the EMIRATe version of its site. Aside from these visuals, we have to settle for many rumors and leaks about the Galaxy A52.
The indiscretion of the day, we owe it to the tweet ahmaed Qwaider, which has just posted on the blue bird several images of the smartphone and its packaging. The opportunity to discover the matte black finish of the rear side of the camera, rather elegant, as well as the quadruple photo sensor.

Certified IP 67 and 64MP sensor with OIS for the Galaxy A52
On the front, there is a selfie sensor in a drop of water, placed in the center of the slab. According to previous revelations, Samsung has opted for 90 and 120 Hz screens for the Galaxy A52 and A72, with 120 Hz slabs reserved for 5G-compatible models. In both cases, the user should claim more fluid animations, scrolling and general experience.
Then let’s focus on the box of this Galaxy A52. First, it is noticeable that a transparent protective shell is provided with the device. In addition, and as the logos on the box attest, the Galaxy A52 will therefore carry a 64MP main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS).
This information corroborates a previous leak published in February 2021, in which almost all of the Galaxy A52’s technical sheet was revealed. Finally, the packaging confirms the fact that the Galaxy A52 is IP67 certified. That is, the device will be protected from splashing, can withstand immersion up to one metre deep (for up to 30 minutes) and will withstand dust. For the rest of the technical sheet, we will have to wait for the presentation of the two smartphones on March 17th.
