The bets that Samsung will take the design of the Galaxy Note line to the Galaxy S22 Ultra became more concrete on Thursday (30). On Twitter, Evan Blass (@evleaks) revealed an image of the future phone with the S Pen next door. The smartphone is expected to be announced in early 2022.
The image shows a cell phone in bronze color. Starting with the pen, the accessory looks very similar to the Galaxy Note’s S Pen, which is more compact than the Galaxy S21 Ultra item to be stored in a space inside the smartphone. It also brings a small rod on top to be pulled from the compartment.
The cell phone itself added several visual elements of the other family. This is the case of the straight top and bottom like the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. The phone also has a hole-in-the-wall screen to house the curved front and rear camera, as well as buttons to adjust the volume and turn it on and off on the right side.
The photo set is “scattered” in the upper left corner of the back, because the phone should not bring a base to house them. The aesthetic that reminds a little of the LG Velvet is conferred by the three cameras positioned in line. Beside, there is one more camera, flash and other sensors also aligned vertically.
This isn’t the first time the smartphone has come out in this way. Bets that the Galaxy S22 Ultra would have a pen storage compartment began in September when a rendering revealed by Steve Hemmerstoffer (OnLeaks) went public. But the design of the cameras was different.
Then it was the turn of the phone to appear a photo published by Jon Prosser of Front Page Tech. The leak revealed a cell phone similar to the image of Evan Blass’s tweet, but with another color: black. Hemmerstoffer even presented a non-functional cell phone unit next to the Galaxy S22 and S22+ in a video on the last day 14.
Other bets for the mobile phone revolve around the processor. Samsung is expected to unveil variants of the Galaxy S22 line with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Exynos 2200 with AMD graphics. In addition, the smartphone battery can be 5,000 mAh, according to anatel’s approval certificate revealed by Tecnoblog.
