Samsung is giving us an appointment for an “Awesome Unpacked” event on March 17, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. (Paris) on YouTube. There is every reason to believe that we will discover the Galaxy A52 and A72, the brand’s most popular terminals.
Samsung has finally announced the presentation date of its future smartphones. The Korean brand has indeed launched invitations for its next event, named Galaxy Awesome Unpacked.
Of course, we will not have a hard-working conference, which makes sense in these troubled times. The whole thing will take place in video, directly on the manufacturer’s Youtube channel. The latter gives us an appointment on March 17, next Wednesday, at 2:30 p.m. to announce its new products.
The Galaxy A52 and A72 on the program?
Although Samsung has not provided more information on the products that will be presented, there is every reason to believe that we will be witnessing the officialization of the Galaxy A52 and A72. Smartphones very important to the brand. If they are not the most prominent, they are the best-selling, offering unbeatable value for money.

The Galaxy A52 would be the most affordable smartphone in the range and could be sold for less than 400 euros. It would be equipped with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720 G processor. Photo side, we would have the right to a module with four sensors including one of 64 megapixels. For the battery, it would have to have a capacity of 4500 mAh with a fast charge of 25 watts. Note that the A52 would have a 5G version with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor.
The A72 would adopt roughly the same characteristics as its little brother, but in a larger format. It would have a 6.7-inch (90 Hz) Super AMOLED display and a Snapdragon 720G processor (so 4G only). For the photo, we would find similar sensors but the battery would logically be more powerful, at the height of 5000 mAh, to fit its larger size.
If smartphones have virtually no secrets for us, having leaked well in advance of the presentation, the online conference will still allow us to know their exact release date as well as their pricing positioning. This is very important, as the low price is one of the main advantages of this range.
