In addition to the Xiaomi 12, the Chinese manufacturer is preparing other models for the new generation of its premium cell phone line. This is the case of the Xiaomi 12 Lite and 12 Lite Zoom, which tend to be two simpler options of the next leads of the category. The information about the smartphones were revealed by Xiaomiui on Sunday (5).
What is Xiaomi global version?
Smartphones came face to face in an IMEIs database accessed by the specialized website. Starting with the Xiaomi 12 Lite, the smartphone carries the codename “taoyao”. The phone appears in the documentation with two models that would be linked to the variants of the global and Indian markets, respectively: 2203129G and 2203129I.
Some possible specifications of the phone have also been revealed. This is the case of the presence of some visual features of the Xiaomi Civi, which was announced in October, and the slightly curved screen of 6.55 inches with Full HD+ resolution and refresh rate of 120 Hz. Already the digital reader would be allocated under the panel.
The triple photographic set also tends to be present. The cluster would be led by the Samsung Isocell GW3 sensor, which has a resolution of 64 megapixels, and formed by other cameras with ultrawide and macro lenses. The second cell phone on the list tends to be called Xiaomi 12 Lite Zoom. In the database, the smartphone appeared under model 2203129BC. The phone is still represented internally by the name “zijin”. The expectation is that the device will be intended only for the Chinese market, unlike the other variant.
Still, the smartphone tends to look like the global edition. Similarities include the 120 Hz screen. The data sheet can also be screened by the same chips and the 64 megapixel triple camera, but with telephoto lens instead of macro. The duo should still come out of the box with Android 12 under the MIUI 13 interface.
Xiaomi is still preparing other smartphones in the line. Among them is the Xiaomi 12, which will hit stores with qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The Xiaomi 12X would be another model of the family that will succeed the Mi 11 with a screen smaller than 120 Hz and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor in its advanced data sheet.
According to the website, the launch of Xiaomi 12 Lite and 12 Lite Zoom should happen in early 2022.
